In-person consultation

If you are experiencing symptoms, we will recommend that you consult our team to assess the situation. If necessary, you may be referred to an in-person clinic for a physical examination.

Simplicity

How does it work?

  1. Medical questionnaire

Answer our medical questionnaire as clearly as possible so that we can know you better and complete your file.

  2. Take your samples

Once your file is completed, you will receive the prescription for your screening test directly in your file.

  3. Receive your results

Once you have been tested, your results will be added to your file. If you receive a positive result, a specialized nurse will contact you to guide you.

To take your samples, you can make an appointment at any time with a public sampling center in Quebec at https://portal3.clicsante.ca and choose Blood test and specimens services or contact the private center of your choice.
